SB Connect Winter 2016

Branches everywhere!

With the festive season in full swing, here is a timely reminder that there are a number of ways you can dispose of your Christmas tree in the new year.

For households with kerbside garden waste collections, please put your tree in your green-lidded bin or at the kerbside on your usual garden waste collection day in the week beginning 11 January.

All trees should ideally be cut into manageable pieces of up to one metre.

Christmas trees will be collected from rural communities over the weekend of 9/10 January. Trees will be chipped and composted.
